Pocket Vein is a free incremental mining beta from Cold Blooded Studios. Tap or hold an ore deposit, steer the loose chunks into the grinder, and turn your discoveries into Scrip for better equipment and deeper caves.

Features

  • Explore 20 mines with distinct minerals and cave atmospheres.
  • A physical ore tray: loose chunks roll, pile up, and grind into Scrip.
  • Upgrade your drill, cooling, crusher and automatic pushers.
  • Build combos and Fever through active mining; develop skills, machinery and research.
  • Collect discoveries and museum specimens, complete contracts, and work toward prestige.
  • Unlock Auto Mine for offline earnings at 50% of its estimated output. Passive Ore Storage is separate.
  • An interactive tutorial teaches the loop. Copper Hollow, the opening mine, has no gameplay hazards.
  • Adjust sound, music, particles and reduced motion.

Controls

  • Drill: tap or hold ore or the drill button. Release to cool. On keyboard, use Space.
  • Steer ore: tilt your phone, use the on-screen direction buttons, or hold A / D. Use Recenter to adjust phone tilt.
  • Session report: press E or open the report through More.
  • Hazards: swipe or tap the obstruction, or use its clear button.

Beta information

The hosted beta is v0.50.0. It is free; cosmetic packs are previews only and paid purchases are disabled. Play in a current browser with Web Locks support. Touch controls are available; physical-phone testing is ongoing.

Progress is saved in this browser on this device. Keep one Pocket Vein tab active. Export a backup in Settings → Save & help before changing devices or website addresses, then import it on the new one. There is no automatic cloud sync.
